I contacted Rachel about adjusting a drop noseband, bought separately from the bridle manufacturer, to fit an existing bridle. Having listened to what the issue was she advised the most appropriate way to adjust the noseband. I sent the noseband to her and it was returned in two days. The workmanship is excellent, it is not possible to tell it has been adjusted. It now fits perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel, her advice, workmanship, communication and pricing are excellent.

Rachel made a beautiful bridle for my daughter’s traditional cob. Rachel made clear that she could make recommendations for improving the fit of the previous (mass manufactured) bridle but for me this felt like a compromise and a custom bridle was the right investment for the pony I trust with my daughter! The fit is perfect and the pony is so much happier being tacked up than he was previously.
